Assisted Stretch Therapy
Still Body.
Soft Breath.
Gentle Unwinding.
In this quiet practice, you remain fully clothed as we gently stretch, rock, and guide your body through slow, supported movement—without force or effort. It's a therapeutic experience for tired muscles, stiff joints, and restless minds.

Assisted Stretch Therapy at Stretch & Soothe is grounded in Thai yoga massage, PNF techniques, and dynamic fascia release. The approach is gentle, intuitive, and always attuned to your body’s natural edge of comfort.
It is a safe and effective therapy for people of any age, occupation, fitness level or body type.

How Does the Assisted Stretch Therapy Work?
-
You’ll lie on the massage table, clothed in soft, flexible clothing.
-
Using breath cues and gentle pressure, your practitioner will guide you through passive and active stretches designed to release tension and restore mobility.
-
Techniques from Thai yoga, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), and fascia rocking are used to support your nervous system and ease your body open without resistance.
-
Each stretch is held with stillness and intention—creating a ripple effect of calm throughout the body.

This is not yoga. You don’t have to do anything. Just soften, breathe, and let the body respond.
What Are the Benefits?

How Does Remedial Massage Work?
Remedial massage is a therapeutic, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s soft tissues — including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia — to relieve pain, restore balance, and encourage healing. By applying tailored pressure and specific techniques, the massage stimulates blood flow and activates the lymphatic system, helping deliver nutrients while clearing away waste products like damaged cells and scar tissue.
What Are the Benefits?
-
Repair of musculoskeletal injuries
-
Reduction in muscular and postural tension
-
Release of scar tissue and adhesions
-
Enhanced flexibility and range of motion
-
Improved recovery and the body’s natural healing ability

This treatment is ideal for anyone seeking both relief and repair — restoring balance, easing pain, and supporting long-term mobility.
