Where are you located?

Stretch & Soothe is located in Belmont, Geelong, easily accessible from Torquay, Jan Juc, Ocean Grove, Drysdale, Curlewis, Barwon Heads, and Portarlington. We have convenient parking and a welcoming space for your visit.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our website using the book now button, or give us a call.

Appointments are scheduled individually to ensure you receive dedicated, undisturbed care.

Do I need to arrive early?

We recommend arriving 3–5 minutes early. This allows time to complete your intake form and settle in, so your experience starts relaxed and unhurried.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best, especially for Assisted Stretch Therapy or Scratch Therapy sessions. For Head Spa treatments, nothing special is needed — just come as you are.

Are gift cards available?

Yes! Gift cards for all our therapies are available online or in-studio. They make a perfect gift for someone who deserves calm, care, and attention.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another guest while keeping your spot flexible.

Can I bring a friend or partner?

We focus on creating a calm, undisturbed experience for each guest, so sessions are private. However, you’re welcome to book separate sessions back-to-back to enjoy your visit together.

Is parking available?

Yes — there’s plenty of free parking nearby. While there aren’t designated spots just for Stretch & Soothe, you’ll usually find space along the surrounding streets, making it easy to visit without stress.
